Plot and calculate phasors as sinusoids with complex (a+bi) or magnitude and phase input.
Select input type:
A phasor is a mathematical representation that simplifies AC circuit analysis by expressing sinusoidal signals as complex numbers.
This tool allows you to input phasors either as complex numbers (a + bi) or in magnitude and phase form.
For each phasor, this tool will plot the resulting signal in the time domain, the corresponding amplitude and phase, or the equivalent complex number representation of the perspective phasor.
This tool was the first offering provided by Easytrig, originally made to help me understand the relationship between complex numbers, phasors and their sinusoidal representations.
Our phasor converter and phasor calculator pair extremely well together in college AC circuit problems, take a look!
